Sales Progression

Our dedicated and experience Sales Progression team will have a complete hands-on involvement from the time you decide to reserve a property, right through to exchange of contracts and completion.

We handle everything:

Post reservation. Making sure you are kept informed of all procedures right up to exchange of contracts

Mortgage broker/application. We introduce you to our panel of mortgage broker partners, (or work with your own mortgage brokers) working with them to progress your mortgage application or simply work with them to have a decision in principle if your property is off plan.

Solicitors. We can introduce you to our preferred solicitor partners or work with your own solicitors to make sure everything is on track for when the property is due to exchange.

Developers. We liaise with developers, giving weekly reports to them with regards the progress with exchange of contracts and give our clients reports on the build completion schedule if the property is off plan. We can also give updates of build progress showing progress of the property during the various build stage programs.

Completion. Coordinating and making sure that the process of mortgage offer /draw down and legal completion is smoothly co-ordinated.


This is the procedure after legal completion of the property. We ensure that you are in possession of all the various post completion paperwork and that the property is delivered to you without any issues.

Our Aftercare team will:

Arrange for the checking and completion for any snagging issues

Ensure the handover pack is complete with keys, warranties, guarantees etc

Once complete, we will handover to our Lettings and Management team who will market your property directly, if the property is in London, or through our national network of lettings partners if the property is outside London.
