Electrical Periodic Inspection
Periodic Inspection and Testing (sometimes referred to as Periodic Electrical Inspection) is a procedure completed by qualified electricians and is carried out to ensure that the installation is safe and has not deteriorated. Unlike an initial verification, the periodic inspection should not be intrusive. Red Cube will also arrange this for you, and you will have access to the portal to view the progress of the inspection.
Energy Performance Certificate
An EPC provides an indication of how much it will cost to heat and power a property. It also includes recommendations of energy-efficient improvements, the cost of carrying them out, and the potential savings in pounds and pence that each one could generate. We will book this in for you to save you time.
Gas Safety Certificate
Every gas appliance needs a Gas Safety Certificate As a landlord you need a Gas Safety Certificate or CP12 for every gas appliance in your rental property, our staff will arrange this and the document available to view in your very own portal.
Electrical PAT Test
A PAT test is a routine inspection of some types of electrical appliances to check they are safe to use, once booked in by our team you will be able to view the necessary documents in the management portal.
